1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "riu4d", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the riu4d gaming platform and its operators, accessible at https://riu4d.cam and associated domains.
• "Platform" or "Website" means the riu4d online gaming platform including all software, games, services, and features provided through https://riu4d.cam.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the riu4d platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use the riu4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. riu4d strictly enforces age verification and will permanently ban any account found to belong to a person under 21 years old.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or passport issued by the Republic of Indonesia.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by riu4d or any third-party gambling control organization.

2.2 Account Creation

When creating an account with riu4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, date of birth, and residential address in Indonesia.
• Create only one account per person. Duplicate accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify riu4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete KYC identity verification within 7 days of your first deposit by submitting a clear photograph of your Indonesian KTP or passport and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

riu4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and funds returned to your account balance. riu4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including proof of income, source of funds, or enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

riu4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 unless otherwise approved by our VIP team. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though in rare cases bank processing delays may extend this to 15 minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Users may request withdrawals to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though transactions exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional verification. Standard processing time is 5-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). VIP members receive priority processing with average times of 5-10 minutes for Silver tier and under 5 minutes for Gold tier.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal.

3.4 Fees and Currency

riu4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees—these are beyond our control. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you attempt to deposit using a foreign currency, your bank will convert it at their prevailing exchange rate.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of riu4d and may be subject to specific terms outlined on the promotions page at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to Users who: have a verified account with completed KYC, have not previously abused bonus offers or violated terms, meet the minimum deposit requirement specified for each promotion, and opt-in to the promotion before making the qualifying deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus requires Rp 30.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10-20% depending on the game, Sports Betting contributes 50% for pre-match bets with odds of 1.75 or higher, Togel (lottery) contributes 30%, and Sabung Ayam (cockfighting) contributes 40%. Video Poker and Table Games contribute 5%.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, the following restrictions apply:

• Maximum bet per spin, hand, or event is Rp 50.000. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements are fully met or the bonus is manually cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise specified.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

riu4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes, irregular betting patterns designed to guarantee bonus profits, or any other activity deemed by riu4d to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Users found guilty of bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed and funds confiscated.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the riu4d platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 5.3 Bet Settlement and Disputes

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from governing bodies. In the event of a dispute, Users must contact [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event. riu4d's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 Personal Responsibility

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, riu4d and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use or inability to use the platform, any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials, any interruption or cessation of the platform due to technical issues or maintenance, any bugs, viruses, or malicious software transmitted through the platform, or any loss of winnings due to technical errors or game malfunctions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use and close your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the riu4d platform including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of riu4d or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which riu4d holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. 11. Account Closure and Termination

11.2 Involuntary Termination

riu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if the User: violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuses bonuses or exploits platform vulnerabilities, creates multiple accounts, or exhibits signs of problem gambling without responding to our intervention attempts. In cases of termination for terms violations, riu4d reserves the right to confiscate account balances.
